AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING A
PORTION OF WESTSIDE DRIVE LOCATED IN
WESTSIDE COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, AN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a portion of
Westside Drive located in Westside Commercial Subdivision,
an Addition to the City of Little Rock Arkansas as desig-
nated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record
in Plat Book B, Page 064, in the office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, is no longer needed for corporate
purposes, except for public utility and drainage easement
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
hereby releases, vacates and abandons all its rights, to-
gether with the rights of the public generally, in and to
the street designated as follows:
Location /Description: A tract of land in
the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 11, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, and being more particularly des-
cribed as follows: Commencing at the
intersection of the northerly Right -of-
Way of Kanis Road and the easterly Right -
of -Way of Westside Drive as platted and
recorded in the Pulaski County Circuit
Clerk Records, Plat Book B, Page 064;
thence N 100 12' 32" E along the said
easterly R -O -W, 251.59 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence leaving said
easterly R -O -W, N 790 47' 28" W, 60.00
feet to a point on the westerly R -O-W
of Westside Drive; thence along said
westerly R -O -W, N 100 12' 32" E, 51.46
feet; thence leaving said westerly R -O -W,
N 890 45' E, 61.03 feet to a point on
the easterly R -O -W of Westside Drive;
thence S 10° 12' 32" W, 62.54 feet to
the Point of Beginning, containing 0.08
acres more or less.
subject, however, to a public utility and drainage easement
which is reserved in all of said street described above and
closed hereby.

SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly cer-
tified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of
the Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in the records
of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval.
