ORDINANCE NO. 14,686
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2908 SOUTH BATTERY (Z- 4225), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lot 3, Block 2, Sunset Addition to the City of
Little Rock.
The property is zoned "R -3" and is to be used for a
duplex.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adheres to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan. In addition, that the
applicant lays a gravel base on the alley from
29th Street southward to the proposed paved parking
area in the rear yard.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
