AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE STEPHENS SCHOOL
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Office of Comprehensive Planning has written a Land
Use Plan for the Stephens School Neighborhood area, and
WHEREAS, citizens of the neighborhood were involved in the
formation of the Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and endorsed the
Stephens School Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Stephens School Neighborhood Plan is hereby adopted
as a guide for future land use decisions.
