AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4223 - Described as a part of the SW 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 7, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as follows:
Commence at the SW corner of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4;
thence north 89° 02' E, 30 feet; thence N 30 feet to
the point of beginning (said point being the
intersection of the East right -of -way line of Pinnacle
Valley Road and the North right -of -way line of Beck
Road); thence North along said East right -of -way line
of Pinnacle Valley Road 208.7 feet; thence N 89° 02' E,
208.7 feet; thence S 208.7 feet to a point on the North
right -of -way line of Beck Road; thence S 89° 02' W,
along said North right -of -way line of Beck Road 208.7
feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.0 acres,
more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -1"
Neighborhood Commercial (Pinnacle Valley Road and Beck
Road, NE corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
