AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 2746 -A - Described as replatting part of Tracts 31,
32, 33 and 34 of Taylor and Bodeman's Subdivision to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
NW corner, NE 1/4, Section 12, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, West of
the Fifth Principal Meridan, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
run S 87° 17' 27" E, 2,005.911 feet along the North of
said NE 1/4 to a point; thence run S O1° 30' 13" W,
41.772 feet to a point on the South right -of -way line
of West 12th Street, said point being approximately 15
feet East of the West line, Tract 33, Taylor and
Bodeman's Subdivision; thence run S O10 30' 13" W,
191.60 feet to a point; thence run N 880 29' 27" W,
290.017 feet to the point of curvature of a 25 -foot
radius curve to the right said curve having a chord
bearing and distance of N 430 29' 37" W, 35.354 feet;
thence along the arc of said curve 39.267 feet to the
point of tangency said point also being located on the
East right -of -way line of Cleveland Street; thence N
O10 30' 13" E, 149.439 feet along said East
right -of -way line to a point of curvature with a
25 -foot radius curve to the right said curve having a
chord bearing and distance of N 47° 06' 27" E, 35.725
feet; thence run along the arc of said curve 39.794
feet to the point of tangency and said point being
located on the South right -of -way line of West 12th
Street; thence run along the said South right -of -way S
870 17' 27" E, 248.844 feet to a point; thence run S
840 48' 44" E, 40.784 feet along said South
right -of -way to the point of beginning containing 1.783
acres more or less from "R -5" Multifamily to "0-3"
General Office District (West 12th and Cleveland
Streets, southeast corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
