AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 14,556
AND REVOKING A PRD DISTRICT TITLED
ROBINWOOD EAST PRD (2 -4071) IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,556 was passed on
December 6, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance retained the zone classification
of PRD on the following described property:
Part of the NW 1/4, and part of the NE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 26, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, and part of
Tract "B," Hyland Holmes Addition, all in Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the center of Section 26, T -2 -N, R -13 -W;
thence S 89° 59' 38" W, 186.9 feet; thence N 58° 34'
26" W, 211.93 feet to the point of beginning; thence
S 860 02' 15" W, 111.61 feet; thence S 880 00' 08"
W, 102.0 feet; thence S 88° 43' 49" W, 193.87 feet to

WHEREAS, the ordinance was to have taken effect on
final approval of the plan by the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended that the
above described property be reclassified and that the PRD
classification be revoked.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the Ordinance No. 14,556 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 14,556 is hereby
revoked.
SECTION 3. That the PRO District classification of the
below listed property is revoked and that the "R -2" Single
Family classification is restored on the Official Zoning
Map:
A tract of land described as a part of the NW 1/4, and
part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, and part of Tract B, Hyland Holmes Addition,
all in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas (more
particularly described above).
