ORDINANCE NO. 14,653
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE ROCK CODE OF
ORDINANCES SECTION 26 -5, PERTAINING TO
REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE USE OF LITTLE
ROCK PARKS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 26 -5(1) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
No person shall discharge any firearms or
fireworks in the City parks.
SECTION 2. That Section 26 -5(6) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
No person shall set up any table or booth
for the sale of nor peddle any articles
whatsoever.
SECTION 3. That Section 26 -5(13) of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
No person shall park in other than an
established or designated parking area.
SECTION 4. That Section 26 -5(16) of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
No person shall repair or wash vehicles
within a City park.
SECTION 5. That Section 26 -5(19) of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
No person shall practice, carry on, conduct,
or solicit for any trade, occupation, business
or profession.
SECTION 6. That Section 26 -5(26) of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:

No person shall solicit money (alms) or 142
contributions.
SECTION 7. That Section 26 -5(29) of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
No person shall swim, bathe or wade in
a City lake, pond or fountain in the City
parks.
