AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE EAST RIVER
ISLAND LAND USE PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and
recommended approval of the East River Island Land Use Plan,
and
WHEREAS, the City Board of Directors has reviewed the
Land Use Plan, and
WHEREAS, the City Board recognizes the need to have a
Land Use Plan in the East River area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Board of Directors hereby
exercises its planning authority as specified under the
River Zoning Provision, Section 19- 2804.2, Ark. Stat. Ann.
SECTION 2. The East River Island Land Use plan is
hereby adopted to be used as a guidance for future land use
decisions in the area.
