ORDINANCE NO. 14,646
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4199 - described as: Part of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4 of
Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, described
as: commencing at the SE corner of said SW 1/4,
SE 1/4, Section 35, then to the point of beginning;
thence continue North 290.0 feet; thence N 890 28' W,
165.0 feet; thence South 290 feet; thence S 89° 28' E,
164.52 feet to the point of beginning containing 1.097
acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -l"
Neighborhood Commercial District. (8000 Baseline Rd.)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
