AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 4123 -A - described as: Part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4
and NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 34, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: commencing at the
SE corner, SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 34, T -2 -N, R -13 -W;
thence southerly 41.5 feet to a point on the South
right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road and the point
of beginning; thence S 1° 46' 21" W, 83.4 feet; thence
N 710 21' 05" W, 250.0 feet; thence N 420 16' 48" E,
170.0 feet to a point on the South right -of -way line of
Rodney Parham Road; thence S 45° 37' 54" E, 175.0 feet
along said South right -of -way line to the point of
beginning containing 0.57 acres, more or less, from
"R -2" Single Family to "0 -3" General Office District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
