ORDINANCE NO. 14,622
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14,606,
ESTABLISHING ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED PROPERTY TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,595, passed on February 7,
1984, accepted the annexation of certain land to the City of
Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, under the City of Little Rock Zoning Ordinance
that land was zoned "R -2" single - family; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,595 becomes effective on
March 8, 1984; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,606 purported to amend that
Ordinance and rezone portions of the property to C -3 general
commercial; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,606 contained an erroneous
legal description.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 14,606 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
That Lots 25, 39, 40, 41 and 42 of West Highland
Subdivision of Section 4, Township 1 North, Range 13 West in
Pulaski County is hereby rezoned from "R -2" to "C -3" general
commercial district.
