AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR THE OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3369 -A - Described as Lot E, part of the NE 1/4,
NE 1 4, Section 8, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said Section 8;
thence S 0° 24' 16" W along the East line of said
Section 8, a distance of 40 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue S 0° 24' 16" W, a distance
of 210 feet; thence N 89° 28' 26" W, a distance of 168
feet; thence N 2° 41' E, a distance of 210.15 feet;
thence S 89° 28' 26" E, a distance of 159.67 feet to
the point of beginning and containing .79 acres, more
or less.
AND
LOT M - Described as part of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 8, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said Section 8,
thence S 0° 24' 16" W along the East line thereof, a
distance of 40 feet; thence N 890 28' 26" W, a distance
of 344.52 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 3°
17' E, a distance of 210.47 feet; thence N 89° 28' 26"
W, a distance of 374.54 feet; thence N 80 17' E, a
distance of 111 feet; thence N 00 31' 34" E, a distance
of 100 feet; thence S 89° 28' 26 ", a distance of 345.56
feet to the point of beginning containing 1.72 acres,
more or less.

40 feet; thence S 890 28' 26" E, a distance of 125 feet
to the point of beginning; thence S a distance of 124.3
feet; thence S 35° 00' E, a distance of 105.36 feet;
thence S 890 28' 26" E, a distance of 363.06 feet;
thence N 7° 14' W, a distance of 111 feet; thence North
a distance of 100 feet; thence N 890 28' 26" W, a
distance of 410.42 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 1.93 acres, more or less, from "MF -24"
Multifamily District and "O -3" General Office District
to "C -3" General Commercial District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of 8 5
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
