AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
AMENDING SECTION43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 2729 -D (Leander and Calden Streets) - Described as
Lots 12, 3, 4 and 5, Hocott Homesites which lies in
the S 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and part of the
NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 all in Section 12,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SW
corner of Lot 1, Hocott Homesites Division; thence
N O10 00' 53" E, 556.63 feet to the centerline of the
dedicate right -of -way for North Drive; thence along
said centerline of North Drive according to the
following bearings and distances: S 810 26' 17" E,
101.79 feet; thence S 50° 23' 42" E, 53.99 feet; thence
S 440 27' 22" E, 55.39 feet; thence S 56° 44' 02" E,
21.56 feet; thence leaving the centerline of dedicated
North Drive, N 00° 40' 41" E, 161.12 feet; thence N 00°
40' 41" E, 68.26 feet; thence N 250 31' 090 W, 34.8
feet to a point on the South right -of -way of Kanis
Road; thence N 490 46' 21" E, 30.19 feet; thence S 55°
43' 33" E, 214.16 feet; thence S 890 33' 19" E, 342.10
feet; thence along the West right -of -way of Calden
Drive (Central Avenue) S O1° 56' 54" W, 614.35 feet;
thence N 890 53' 20" W, 717.91 feet to the point of
beginning containing 10.061 acres more or less from
"MF -24" and "R -6" Multifamily District to "MF -18"
Multifamily District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
