AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
7412 WOODSON ROAD (Z- 4162)1
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the NW 1/4, of the NW 1/4 of Section 31, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Commence at the SE corner of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4;
thence North 636.0 feet; thence West 25 feet to the
point of beginning; run thence North 70 feet; thence
West 140 feet; thence South 70 feet; thence East 140
feet to the point of beginning containing 9,800 square
feet of land.
The property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
day -care center.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, and the approved site plan; and that
the applicant dedicate additional right -of -way on
Woodson Road.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
