AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PRD
DISTRICT TITLED PENZEL PLACE
"SHORT- FORM" PRD (Z -4075) IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "HR" High
Density Residential to "PRD" Planned Residential District.
A parcel of land described as: the South 150 feet of -
the E 150 feet of the Fowler Block in Stevenson's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and a
triangular piece of ground extending North and South
through the Fowler Block, with a base of 26.7 feet on
7th Street, and an apex on 6th Street and lying between
the Gracie Tract on the West and A. Mills and
C.F. Penzel on the East, as shown on the recorded plat
of the Fowler Block (.59 acres).
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Penzel Place "Short- Form" PRD is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the
Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX,
Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
