AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING MALEKIN
STREET BETWEEN GAMBLE ROAD an TIMBER RIDGE
STREETS, IN I VALE DITIOR_ -ff M_- IT CITY OF LITTi, ARKM -SAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that `_ MALEKIN Street
between GAMBLE ROAD and --TIMBER RIDGE Streets, between
Block 16 and 17 HILLVALE Addition to the City of Little
Rock, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in
Deed Book 4 , Page 38 in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, is no longer needed for corporate purposes, except for public uti-
lity and drainage easement purposes.
NOW, 1HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates
and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the public generally,
in and to the street designated as follows:
All of "Malekin" Street bounded on the West by Gamble Road and on the East by
Timber Ridge running along the South boundary of Lot 16 and the North boundary
of Lot 17, Hillvale Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, _
Arkansas
subject, however, to any public utility or drainage easements located in said
street.
Section 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk,
shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in
the records of the County.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
