AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended by amending
the map referred to in that section to the extent that Lots 25,
39, 40, 41, and 42 of West Highland Subdivision of the Southeast
Quarter of S.4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby
amended to comply with the Ordinance rezoning those lots, and
that section is hereby designated as "C -3" General Commercial
zoning.
