AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY `i
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4147 - Described as part of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
commencing at the SW corner SE, 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 8,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; thence S 89° 51' E, 646.3 feet to the point
of beginning; thence N 000 32' 55" W, 426.9 feet to a
point on the South right -of -way line of I -30; thence
N 74° 00' E, 99.0 feet along the South right -of -way
line of I -30; thence S 00° 59' 56" E, 454.49 feet;
thence N 890 51' W, 99.0 feet to the point of beginning
containing 1.0 acres more or less, less and except for
that portion of the property located in the established
floodway.

00' 33" W, 369.39 feet to a point on the South
right -of -way line of Interstate #30; thence N 74° 00' E
along said"9166 th right -of -way line 109.5 feet; thence° -S
00° 32' 55" E, 426.9 feet to a point on said South line
of said NE 1/4, SW 1/4; thence N 89° 51' W, 109.3 feet
to the point of beginning containing 1.0 acres more or
less, less and except for that portion of the property
located in the established floodway from "R -2" Single
Family District to "C -4" Open Display District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
