AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 2729 -C - Described as Tract No. 6 of Hocott
Homesi s, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, lands
located in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 12,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and more particularly described as
follows: Commencing at the SE corner of said NW 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 12; thence along the South line of said
1/4 N 88° 28' 16" W 233.91 feet; thence N 88° 38'
18" W 159.58 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing along said line N 88° 32' 56" W 170.12 feet
to a point on the East right -of -way line of Calden
Drive; thence along said East right -of -way line
N O10 56' 54" E 608.7 feet to a point on the South
right -of -way line of Leander Street; thence continuing
along said South right -of -way S 87° 06' 58" E 163.15
feet; thence leaving said South right -of -way line S O10
17' 10" W 604.6 feet to the point of beginning
containing 2.320 acres more or less.

Lands lying in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 12,

and more particularly described as follows: Commencing
at the Northeast corner of said SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4;

beginning; thence S O1° 22' 42" W 165 feet; thence N
88° 32' 53" W 515.25 feet to the East right -of -way line
of Calden Drive; thence along said right -of -way line N
O10 56' 54" E 165 feet; thence leaving said East
right -of -way line of Calden Drive S 880 32' 56" E
170.12 feet; thence S 88° 38' 18" E 159.58 feet; thence

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
