AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 14,090
AND REVOKING A "PRD" DISTRICT TITLED SKYLINE
VISTA IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, Ordinance number 14,090 was passed on August 4,
1981; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance changed the zone classification
from 'IMF-2411 Multi- Family to "PRD" on the following described
property: tract of land described as being all of Lots 7 and 8,
Hocott's Homesites Addition, Pulaski County, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance was to have taken effect upon
final approval of the plan by the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final development
plan /plat within the prescribed time; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by resolution on January
10, 1984, (attached as Exhibit A) recommended that the above
described property be reclassified and that the "PRD"
classification be revoked.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance number 14,090 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat approved by Ordinance number 14,090 is hereby revoked.
SECTION 3• That the "PRD" district classification of the
below listed property is revoked and the former 'IMF-241,
Multi- Family classification is restored on the official zoning
map:
A tract of land described as being all of Lots
7 and 8, Hocott's Homesites Addition, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.

RECOMMENDING REVOCATION OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
"SKYLINE VISTA" (FILE Z- 2729 -A), TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS. E

WHEREAS, the Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) titled "Skyline Vista"
was preliminarily approved by both Planning Commission and Little Rock Board
of Directors in August, 1981 by Ordinance No. 14,090.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock provides for
revocation in Section 9 -101, Paragraph H. in instances where the owner fails
to file a final plan /plat.
WHEREAS, the owner of the lands involved in the Planned Unit Development
has not pursued the approved preliminary plan.
WHEREAS, the owner has caused a reclassification action to be filed
whereby the lands involved will be reclassified as "MF -18" Multi- Family after
approval by the Little Rock Board of Directors. t
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY

OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Planning Commission by unanimous vote (11 -0) recommended
to the Board of Directors that the subject P.U.D. be revoked and the
preexisting classification of MF -24 be restored.
