AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 14,756, PROVIDING FOR A
CORRECTION OF THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the legal description contained in
Ordinance No. 14,756 be and is hereby changed to read as
follows:
Z- 3592 -B - Described as a tract of land being part of
Lot 65, West Highlands Subdivision and lying in the
SE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and being more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of Section 3, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W; thence N 87° 10' 10" W, along the South line of
said Section 4, 518.54 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue along said South line N 87° 10' 10" W,
234.55 feet; thence N 140 58' 42" E, 122.08 feet to a
point on the South right -of -way of Kanis Road; thence
along said South right -of -way on a curve to the right,
having a radius of 668.17 feet on a chord with a
bearing and distance of S 58° 07' 14" E, 59.38 feet;
thence along said right -of -way S 550 341, 42" E, 126.80
feet; thence along said south right -of -way on a curve
to the left, having a radius of 290.63 feet on a chord
having a bearing and distance of S 600 57' 46" E, 54.54
feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.3153
acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -2"
Shopping Center and the West 40 feet from "R -2" Single
Family to "OS" Open Space ( Kanis Road west of
Shackleford Road).
SECTION 2. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
