AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
WOODLAWN AND MONROE STREETS (Z- 4356),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
All of Block 25 of the Pulaski Heights Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of Block 25 of the said
Pulaski Heights Addition; thence North along the East
line of the said Block 25, 300.70 feet to the NE corner
of the said Block 25; thence S 890 54' W, along the
north line of the said Block 25, 299.51 feet to the NW
corner of the said Block 25; thence South along the
West line of the said Block 25, 299.45 feet to the SW
corner of the said Block 25; thence S 89° 51' 41" E,
along the said South line of the said Block 25, 299.51
feet to the SE corner of the said Block 25, said SE
corner being the point of beginning, containing 89,875
square feet or 2.06 acres, more or less.
Property is zoned "R -4" and is to be used for a church
and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
