14782i t ■r �■ r ■■� r �r r r ■r r r r r ORDINANCE NO. 14,782 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated: (a) Z -4324 - Described as part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, said Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence South along the East line of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4, 1,127.0 feet to a point in the centerline of Arkansas Highway No. 5; thence S 57° 51' W, 776.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 00 09' E, 987.62 feet to a point; thence E 326.0 feet; thence N 1,194.1 feet to the centerline of Arkansas Highway No. 5: thence S 570 51' W, along centerline of said Arkansas Highway No. 5 388.0 feet to the point of beginning, less and except the floodway, from "R -2" Single Family to "1 -2" Light Industrial (11,111 Stagecoach Road). SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Litle Rock and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
