AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
CONTRACT COSTS FOR ARCHITECTURAL/
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE RENOVATION/
RESTORATION OF CITY HALL AND AND AUTHORIZING
THE'CITY MANAGER TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR
SUCH SERVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Board of Directors hereby appropriates
from the City's general fund $279,000.00 for contract costs
for architectural /engineering services for the renovation/
restoration of City Hall.
SECTION 2: The City Manager is hereby authorized to
accept bids and award a contract to Blass, Chilcote, Carter,
Lanford & Wilcox, Inc.; Cromwell, Truemper, Levy, Parker ..&
Woodsmall, Inc.; Witsell, Evans & Rasco, P.A.; and Wittenberg,
Delony & Davidson, Inc., to provide architectural /engineering
services for the renovation /restoration of City Hall, payable
from the funds appropriated in this Ordinance.
