ORDINANCE NO. 14,775
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
A. Z -4323 - described as: part of the NW 1/4,
NE 1/4, Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as beginning
at the NE corner of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4, said
Section 19; thence S 890 35' 47" E along the North
line of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4, 225.5 feet to a
point; thence S 20° 51' 10" E, 340.4 feet to a
point on the northerly right -of -way line of
Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence
S 64° 36' 20" W, along said northerly right -of -way
line 383.75 feet to a point on the West line of
said NW 1/4, NE 1/4; thence North along said West
line 484.08 feet to the point of beginning
containing 2.74818 acres, more or less, from "R -2"
Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial (Highway
No. 10 east of Taylor Loop).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
