14772ORDINANCE NO. 14,772 143 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated. A. Z- 1912 -A - described as: Lots 14 and 15, Block 360, Original City of Little Rock, from "R -6" High -Rise to "I -2" Light Industrial (1400 North Street). B. Z- 2223 -A - described as: The West 50 feet of Lots 5 and Z, Block 11, Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "O -3" General Office to "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial (1620 West 14th Street). C.
