AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
A. Z- 1912 -A - described as: Lots 14 and 15, Block
360, Original City of Little Rock, from "R -6"
High -Rise to "I -2" Light Industrial (1400 North
Street).
B. Z- 2223 -A - described as: The West 50 feet of Lots
5 and Z, Block 11, Centennial Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from
"O -3" General Office to "C -1" Neighborhood
Commercial (1620 West 14th Street).
C. Z- 3544 -A - described as: Being part of the SW 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
beginning at a point 150 feet South of the North
section line on the East side of Chicot Road
right -of -way; thence East 206.54 feet to the MOPAC
right -of -way; thence southwesterly along MOPAC
right -of -way 273.78 feet to Chicot Road
right -of -way; thence North along Chicot Road
right -of -way 180 feet to the point of beginning
containing 0.42 acres, more or less, from "C -3"
General Commercial to "I -2" Light Industrial
(8519 Chicot Road).
D. Z- 4308 -A - described as: Part of the SE 1/4,
SE 1/4, Section 14, T -1 -N, R -13 -W embracing two
acres off the West end of the six acre tract and
said two acres being further described as
beginning at an iron pin at a point where the
South line of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 14
crosses the South line of the 19th Street or
Hot Springs Pike; thence East on the South line of
said SE 1/4, SE 1/4, 570.6 feet to an iron pin;
thence North 314.6 feet to an iron pin at a point
where the said line crosses the South line of

No. 1 in the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4, Section 11,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, less and except the North 50
feet of the South 190.62 feet of the above
described parcel of land for road right -of -way
containing 1.68 acres of land, more or less, not

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
