AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 3150 -B - described as: part of the NW 1/4, Section
36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: starting at the NW
corner of said NW 1/4, Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W;
thence S 0° 30' 37" E along the West line of said
Section 36 a distance of 1,290.00 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N 890 08' 46" E along the centerline
of a proposed road 211.62 feet; thence northeasterly
along said centerline on a curve to the left having a
radius of 300.00 feet, a chord which bears N 70° 38'
46" E, 190.38 feet and an arc distance of 193.73 feet;
thence N 52° 08' 36" E along said centerline 5.38 feet;
thence northeasterly along said centerline on a curve
to the left having a radius of 1,534.46 feet, a chord
which bears N 420 06' 46" E, 534.67 feet and an arc
distance of 537.41 feet; thence N 890 51' 00" E, 274.46
feet; thence S 0° 09' 00" E, 842.22 feet to a point on
the North right -of -way line of Interstate 30; thence
along the North right -of -way line of said Interstate 30

along said centerline 371.15 feet; thence southwesterly
along said centerline on a curve to the right having a
radius of 1,534.46 feet, a chord which bears S 36° 08'

thence S 52° 08' 46" W along said centerline of said
proposed road 5.38 feet; thence southwesterly along
said centerline on a curve to the right having a radius

SECTION Z. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
