AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1/2 MILE WEST OF SHACKLEFORD ROAD
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MARKHAM STREET
(Z- 4329), SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the NE 1/4, Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of the S 1/2 of the NW 1/4
of the NE 1/4 of said Section 4; thence S 1° 00' 24" E,
along the East line of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4, 682.90 feet
to a point on the North right -of -way line of West
Markham Street; thence S 890 44' 32" W, along said
North right -of -way line 317.00 feet; thence N 1° 00'
24" W, 150.00 feet; thence S 890 44' 32" W, 150.00
feet; thence N 1° 00' 24" W, 543.49 feet to a point on
the North line of said S 1/2 of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4;
thence S 88° 57' 30" E, along said North line 467.26
feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.861 acres,
more or less, less 0.002 acres, more or less, contained
in the 100 -year floodplain at the SW corner of the
property.
This property is zoned "C -3" and is to be used for
office /warehouse, ministorage and apartment.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
The applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements,
and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
