14760M � M r M a M M M M M M r M M 0 0 ORDINANCE NO. 14.760 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD DISTRICT TITLED MADDEN CHAPEL "SHORT -FORM PCD" (Z -4253) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from "R -2" (Single Family) to "PCD" (Planned Commercial District). Part of the E 1/2, SE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: begin at the SE corner of said SE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 1; run thence West along the South line thereof a distance of 721 feet to the SE corner of Allendale Subdivision; thence along the East line of said subdivision N 0° 09' E, a distance of 230.55 feet; thence N 89° 59' E, a distance of 720.66 feet to a point on the East line of said Section 1; thence S 0° 04' W, a distance of 230.85 feet to the point of beginning and containing 3.81 acres, more or less. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Madden Chapel "PCD" is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX, Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the Planning Commission.
