14754ORDINANCE NO. 14,754 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. Section 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated: (a) Z- 4007 -A - Described as a 1 -acre square in the NW corner of the E 1/2, NW 1/4, NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "PCD" Planned Commercial Development to "0-3" General Office. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
