ORDINANCE NO. 14,748
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-4259 - Described as a tract of land in the NW 1/4,
Section 16, and in the NE 1/4, Section 17, T -1 -N,
R -11 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being known also as
that part of Lots 3, 6 and 11 not platted in Richland
Addition, the North 2.5 acres of Lots 4 and 5, the
South 81.04 feet of the West 203 feet of Lot 10, that
part of Lots 12 and 13, not acquired by the Eastbelt
Freeway right -of -way, Lots 14, 15, 16 and the South
250 feet of Lot 17, L.P. Coleman Subdivision all being
more particularly described as starting at the SW
corner of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 16, also being
the SE corner of Lot 12, L.P. Coleman's Subdivision;
thence N O10 30' 13" E, 246.75 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continuing N O1° 30' 13" E, 237.70
feet; thence S 89° 38' 39" E, 1,317.17 feet; thence
N O1° 38' 41" E, 311.70 feet; thence N 88° 21' 19" W,
140.00 feet; thence N O10 38' 41" E, 20.00 feet; thence
N 89° 11' 49" W, 1,620.50 feet; thence N 00° 48' 11" E,
115.00 feet; thence N 890 11' 49" W, 7.00 feet; thence
N O10 16' 51" E, 458.65 feet; thence N 890 11' 49" W,
1,165.66 feet to the centerline of Fourche Creek;
thence along said centerline in the southerly direction
1,700 feet more or less to the North right -of -way line
of the Eastbelt Freeway; thence S 87° 23' 00" E on said
right -of -way 2,001.56 feet to the point of beginning
from "R =2" Single Family to "I -2" Light Industrial.
Less and except the easterly and northerly 50 feet
abutting the Richland Subdivision, City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family to "OS" Open Space
(north of I -440).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
