AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4213 - Described as part of the SE 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 20 and part of the NW 1/4, Section 21, all of
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SW
corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 21, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence N 000 49' 04"
E along the West lne of the said NW 1/4, NW 1/4 for
657.2 feet to a point on the North line of the S 1/2,
NW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence S 89° 08' 38" E along said North
line of the S 1/2, NW 1/4, NW 1/4 for 660.18 feet to a
point; thence S 833.49 feet to a point in the
centerline of Colonel Glenn Road; thence in a generally
westerly direction on the centerline of Colonel Glenn
Road for the following courses and distances; thence
S 680 33' W for 282.13; thence S 67° 34' W for 139.56
feet; thence S 82° 35' W for 100.0 feet; thence N 61°
03' W for 100.0 feet; thence N 50° 45' W for 118.55
feet to a point on the West line on the SW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
thence continue generally westerly along the centerline
of Colonel Glenn Road N 510 41' W for 376.53 feet to a
point on the North line of the SE 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 20, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
thence 89° 42' 36" E along the said North line of the
SE 1/4, NE 1/4 for 295.06 feet to the NE corner of the
said SE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 20, T -1 -N, R -13 -W said
corner also being the SW corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13 -W and point of beginning
containing 15.14 acres more or less. Less and except a
strip of land 25 feet wide lying North of and adjacent
to the centerline of Colonel Glenn Road from "R -2"
Single Family to "0-3" General Office.

Part of the NW 1/4, Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows: Starting at the SW corner of the NW 1/4, NW
1/4, Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; thence N 000 49' 04" E along the West line of
the said NW 1/4, NW 1/4 for 657.2 feet to a point on
the North line of the S 1/2, NW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence S
890 08' 38" E along said North line of the S 1/2, NW
1/4, NW 1/4 for 660.18 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue S 890 08' 38" E, 664.24 feet to a point
on the East line of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence South
along the said East line of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4 for
564.4 feet to a point in the centerline of Colonel
Glenn Road; thence in a generally westerly direction on
the centerline of Colonel Glenn Road for the following
courses and distances; thence S 67° 32' W for 399.99
feet; thence S 70° 15' W for 295.2 feet; thence S 68°

feet to the point of beginning containing 10.72 acres
more or less. Less and except a strip of land 25 fee
wide lying North of and adjacent to the centerline of
Colonel Glenn Road. Also less and except that part of
a strip of land 25 feet wide lying West of and adjacent
to the centerline of Bowman Road and the S 1/2, NW 1/4,
NW 1/4, North of Colonel Glenn Road from "R -2" Single
Family to "C -2" Shopping Center (Colonel Glenn and
Bowman Roads NW corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
