ORDINANCE NO. 14,741
AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE REASSESSMENT OF BENEFITS
TO BE RECEIVED BY THE OWNERS OF EACH OF THE SEVERAL
BLOCKS, LOTS AND PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN METROCENTRE
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Assessors of Metrocentre Improvement District
No. 1 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at the direction of
the Board of Commissioners of said District, have prepared a
reassessment of benefits of the several blocks, lots and
parcels of land within said District, which reassessment of
benefits was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Little
Rock on August 30, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has caused to be published a notice
of the filing of the reassessment of benefits in the manner and
for the time required by law, as evidenced by a proof of
publication on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the owners of land affected by the reassessment of
benefits have been accorded the opportunity at the next regular
meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
more than ten days after publication of said notice to appeal
the reassessment of benefits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The reassessment of benefits of the several
blocks, lots and parcels of real property in Metrocentre
Improvement District No. 1 of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, having been prepared by the Assessors of the District
heretofore appointed, acting pursuant to the direction of the
Board of Commissioners of the District, and filed with the City
Clerk of the City of Little Rock on August 30, 1984, is hereby
approved and confirmed. The benefits as reassessed shall be
paid in the year 1985 and annually thereafter in the amount and
manner provided in Ordinance No. 13,196, duly adopted September
7, 1976 by the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
