ORDINANCE NO. 14,739
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z- 2578 -A - Described as a part of the SW 1/4 of the
SE 174, Section 11, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, in the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
intersection of the West line of Barber Avenue and the
North line of 26th Street which is a street shown on
the plat of Watkins Addition to the City of Little Rock
said plat being recorded in Mortage Record Book AB -1,
Page 84; thence W 285 feet along the North line of said
26th Street to the point of beginning; thence West
along the North line of said 26th Street 285 feet to
the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 11, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W; thence N 52.2 feet to the South line of
Roosevelt Road; thence E 285 feet along the South line
of Roosevelt Road; thence S 47 feet to the point of
beginning containing 0.324 acres more or less from
"C -3" General Commercial to "I -2" Light Industrial
(1003 East Roosevelt Road).
(b) Z -4283 - Described as part of the W 1/2, NE 1/4 of
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W lying South of State Highway
#70 and more particularly described as follows:

County, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3"
General Commercial (7009 Geyer Springs Road).
(e) Z -4330 - Described as the E 1/2 of Lots 7 and 8,
Block 253, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from
"C -4" Open Display to "C -3" General Commercial
(900 West 4th Street).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
