AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
3110 SOUTH BATTERY STREET (Z- 4281),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lots 4 and 5, Block 10, Sunset Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
This property is zoned "R -3" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use.Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
Note: The church shall, at its option, improve the
alley in either direction (to 31st or 33rd Street) and
post signage which indicates one way in the direction
of the alley improvements.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
