ORDINANCE NO. 14,730
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "PCD"
DISTRICT TITLED UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY
SHORT -FORM PCD (z -4293) IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "R -2" Single
Family to "PCD" Planned Commercial District.
A tract of land located in the SW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 15, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner, SW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 15, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
thence N 00 7' E, 653.53 feet; thence N 890 49' 38" W,
200 feet; thence S 0° 7' W, 653.40 feet; thence S 89°
47' 26" E, 200 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 3 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for United Cerebral Palsy is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval from the Planning Commission
within the time specified by Article IX, Section 9.101 of
the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
