AN ORDINANCE DELETING PROPERTY FROM
VIMY RIDGE MUNICIPAL WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO, 139
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all
the parties desiring to be heard on the assessment of benefits
of Vimy Ridge Municipal Water Improvement District No. 139 (the
"District ");
WHEREAS, the property owners of the property described the
attached legal description have requested that their respective
property be deleted from the District;
WHEREAS, the request of such property owners to be deleted
from the Distist is acceptable to the Board of Improvement of
the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas that such property shall
be and is hereby deleted from the District.
