AN ORDINANCE VACATING PART OF A PLAT AND REDUCING TO
ACREAGE LOT 1 OF KAYWOOD ACRES SUBDIVISION, PULASKI COUNTY
WHEREAS, the owners of Lot 1 of Kaywood Acres Subdivision,
W.A. Jones and Majorie Jones, his wife, desire to reduce this lot to
acreage; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended such action,
NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
Section 1. The proposal of W.A. Jones and Majorie Jones, his
wife, the owners of Lot 1 of Kaywood Acres Subdivision, to vacate that
part of the plat within which this lot is located, as shown in Plat Book
10, Page 68 of the records in the Office of the Recorder, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and to reduce the lot to acreage hereafter to be described by
metes and bounds is hereby approved.

Section 2. Hereafter this property shall be described as follows:
A part of the Fractional Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township
1 South, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Starting at the Southwest corner of said Section 7, Township 1 South, Range
13 West, and run thence North 0 deg. 8 min. West along West line of said
Section 7, 430 feet; thence East 30 feet to the point of beginning of land
herein described; run thence East 823.8 feet; thence North 0 degree 8 min.
West parallel with West line of Section, 430.0 feet; thence West 93.3 feet;
thence North 0 deg. 10 min. East 197.0 feet; thence South 76 deg. 48 min.
West 5.0 feet; thence North 0 deg. 10 min. East 51.5 feet; to the point of
beginning; Thence south 76 degrees 46 min. West, 95 ft;
Thence North 04 degrees 25 min, West 189 >1 ft; thence North 76
degrees 46 min, east 114.0 ft; thence South 0. degrees 10 min. West 192.1
ft; thence south 76 degrees West 5.0 ft. to the point of beginning.
