SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A tract of land being part of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4,
—NE-1-/-4.,. Section 33; thence S 20 33' 24" W along the
West line of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 33,
1033.40 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 2° 15'
W along the West line of the said NW 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, 180.20 feet; thence S 640
23' 39" E, 170.98 feet to a point on the West
right -of -way of Arkansas Highway #5; thence N 500 33'
45" E along the said West right -of -way of Arkansas
Highway No. 5, 68.70 feet; thence N 25° 24' 46" E along
the said West right -of -way of Arkansas Highway No. 5,
98.10 feet; thence N 63° 19' 37" W, 271.12 feet to the
point of beginning. Said tract of land containing
37,385.56 square feet or 0.86 acres more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
day care center.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adheres to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
This ordinance will be in effect for two years after
its passage unless the applicant contributes said
in -lieu contribution of $2,352 for State Highway No. 5
to the City Public Works Department. f the in -lieu
contribution is not forthcoming within the said
two- yearperiod, this conditional use will become null and void.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
