AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
6111 WEST 83RD STREET (Z- 4237), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lot 2, Vogel's Replat No. 2 to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.

A part of Tract 4, Arnold's Highland Acres being a
subdivision of the E 1/2, SE 1/4, and the SW 1/4, SE
1/4, Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at a point 25 feet North and 200
feet West of the SE corner of the said Tract 4; thence
West 190.0 feet along the North right -of -way line of
Hinkson Road; thence N O1° 39' 250.8 feet; thence West
75.0 feet; thence N O1° 39" W, 35.0 feet to the South
line of Vogel's Replat No. 2; thence easterly along
said South line of Vogel's Replat No. 2, 265.0 feet;
thence S O1° 39' E, 292.8 feet along the West line of
Kari Replat to the point of beginning, this part
containing Lot 1, Gatlin Replat, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adheres to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
