AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4103 - described as: All of Lots 111 through 115,
all of Lots 125 through 127, all of Lots 141 through
143, parts of Lots 116, 124 and 144 and part of the
right -of -way for Garfield Drive in Broadmoor North
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as: beginning at the SE corner of
said Lot 111, Broadmoor North Addition; thence
N 88° 32' 16" W along the South line thereof 190.05
feet to the West right -of -way line of Garfield Drive;
thence N 00° 04' 04" E along said right -of -way 110.49
feet to the SE corner of said Lot 127; thence
N 89° 59' 42" W along the South line of Lots 127 and
141 279.85 feet to the SW corner of said Lot 141 and
the East right -of -way of Charlotte Drive; thence N 00°
02' 15" E along said East right -of -way 161.0 feet;
thence continue North along said East right -of -way
130.58 feet to a point which is 3.35 feet South of the
NW corner of said Lot 144; thence S 890 21' 04" E
469.09 feet to the East line of said Lot 116; thence
S 00° 04' 34" E along the West line of said Lots 111
through 116 489.0 feet to the point of beginning
containing 3.609 acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single
Family to "0-2" Office and Institutional
AND
Lots 150 through 157, Broadmoor North Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
containing 1.687 acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single
Family to "0-2" Office and Institutional (West 12th and
University Avenue).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
