AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated:
a. Z -4275 - described as: The W 1/2, E 1/2, NE 1/4, NW 1/4
of Section 16, T -I -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
except the North 401 feet of the West 163 feet, and less
and except that portion of the property lying South and
West of a line identified as the floodway line on the
Little Rock Floodway Maps as prepared by the U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers for the National Flood Insurance
Program. (11705 Alexander Road)
From: R -2 Single Family District
To: I -1 Industrial Park District
b. Z -4276 - described as: Part of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 16, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: beginning at
the NE corner of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4, said point being
in the centerline of Alexander Road; run thence S 890
27' 35" W, along the North line of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
and also said centerline of said Alexander Road
326.5 feet; thence S 00 46' 29" W, 1320.6 feet; thence
N 890 27' 35" E, 327.6 feet; thence N 00 40' 50" E,
1320.6 feet to the point of beginning containing 9.92
acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single Family District
to "I -1" Industrial Park District. (11617 Alexander Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
