AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING FACTORIA
STREET BETWEEN ROOSEVELT AND JONES STREETS
IN FACTORIA THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Factoria Street
between Roosevelt and Jones Streets, in Baker Replat
of Blocks 18 & 20 of Factoria Third Addition to the
City of Little Rock, as designated on the plat of
said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book
No. 1 Page 248 in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, is no longer needed for corporate
purposes, except for public utility and drainage ease-
ment purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION'l. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby
releases, vacates and abondons all its rights, together
with the rights of the public generally, in and to the
street designated as follows:
FACTORIA STREET, SOUTH OF ROOSEVELT ROAD TO
JONES STREET IN BAKER REPLAT OF BLOCKS 18 &
20 OF FACTORIA THIRD ADDITION
subject, however, to any public utility or drainage
easements located in said street.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by
the City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in the records
of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
