AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
a) Z- 3001 -B - described as a part of the SW 1/4,
NW 174—,Section 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SW 1/4,
NW 1/4; thence North 30 feet; thence East 49 feet
to the point of beginning; thence North 010 00'
53" West, 1,167.77 feet along the East
right -of -way line of University Avenue; thence
47.73 feet along a curve to the right, having a
radius of 30 feet and a delta angle of 91° 09'
53 "; thence South 890 51' East, 290.38 feet along
the South right -of -way of West Markham Street;
thence North 00° 09' East 10 feet; thence South
89° 51' East, 1,090 feet to the Southwest corner
of the intersection of West Markham Street and

C) Z -3907 - described as the West 40 feet of Lots 10,
11 and 12, Block 30, Weldon E. Wright's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, from "R -4" Two Family
District to "R -3" Single Family District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
