AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
11100 CHICOT ROAD (Z- 3879), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
(Z -3879) - A tract of land lying in the West 1/2 of the
SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 11, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot "12 ", Green
Meadows Subdivision (recorded in Platbook 13, Page 99);
thence South 00 14 feet East, 88.7 feet (Plat South 0"
10 feet East, 88.5 feet); thence North 890 29 feet
East, 230.11 feet (Plat North 89° 30 feet East, 230.0
feet); thence South 0° 08 feet East, 546.35 feet;
thence South 88" 37 feet West, 663.0 feet; thence North
00 50 feet West, 427.77 feet to the centerline of a
creek; thence Northeasterly along centerline of said
creek to the South line of Lot "12 ", Green Meadows
Subdivision; thence North 890 30 feet East, 20.0 feet
the point of beginning: conaining 8.3 acres, more or
less.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
Property is to be used for the expansion of an existing
school building.
SECTION 3. That the applicant adhere to all Little
Rock Ordinances, codes and the approved site plan.
