AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
4900 INTERSTATE 30 (Z- 3896), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of Tract 7, Gloeckler's Acres, lying in the
NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particulary described as
follows: beginning at the SW corner of said NE 1/4,
NE 1/4, run thence S 89° 49' E 516.2'; thence N 48° 17'
E 150.3'; thence S 89° 49' E 25.06" to the West
right -of -way line of Doyle Springs Road; thence North
along said right -of -way line 182.63; thence N 85° 39'
12" W 646.791; thence S .030 2' W 330.3" to the point
of beginning, containing 4.37 acres more or less. Property
is to be used for an addition to existing church.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes and approved site plans.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
