M = � M 14,317 i AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LAND USE CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK. SECTION 1. That the following zone classifications of the following properties are to be established as indicated: (a) Z -3875 - the following property is proposed for classification as "I -2" (Light Industrial) from formerly unclassified land: A tract of land located in the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 32, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 32; thence North along the West line of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4, 1319.0 feet more or less to the Southwest corner of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4; thence East along the South line NW 1/4, SE 1/4, 1,320 feet more or less to the Southwest corner of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4; thence South along the West line of the SE 1/4, NE 1/4, 750 feet more or less to a point; thence North 89° 42' 43" West, 629.07 feet to a point; thence South 00 33' 36" West, 659.41 feet to a point on the South line of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4; thence West along said South line 690 feet more or less, to the point of beginning. All of the above in Pulaski County, Arkansas. (b) Z -3875 - the following property is proposed for classification as "0-3" (General Office) from formerly unclassified land: A tract of land located in the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, of Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 10, said point being 630 feet more or less, West of the Southeast corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4 of said Section 10; thence North 0° 39' East, 229 feet; thence South 890 30' West, 640 feet more or less, to a point on the West line of Section 10, also being the East line of Section 9; thence North 1,030 feet more or less along said West line of Section 10', also being the East line of Section 9, to the Northwest corner of Section 10; thence Easterly along the North line of Section 10, also being the South line of Section 3, to the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, said Section 10; thence South along the East line of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4, to the Southeast corner of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence West 630 feet more or less along said South line of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4, to the point of beginning. All of the above in Pulaski County, Arkansas. (d) Z -3875 - the following property is proposed for classification as "R -2" (Single Family) from formerly unclassified land: A tract of land located in the NW 1/4, SE 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, 160 feet West of the North /South centerline of said Section 10; thence South along a line 160 feet West of and parallel to the centerline of Section 10, 1,205 feet more or less, to the Northwest corner, Lot 13, Block 5, Hicks Interurban Addition; thence East 150 feet more or less, to a point on the West line of Section "G ", Twin Lakes Subdivision; thence Southeasterly 2,030 feet more or less, along the West line of said Section "G", Twin Lakes Subdivision, to a point; thence continue Southwesterly 1,740 feet more or less along the West line of Section "G" and Section "H ", Twin Lakes Subdivision, to a point; thence South 210 feet more or less, along the West line of Section "H ", Twin Lakes Subdivision, to a point on the South line of said Section 10, also being the North line of Section 15, said point being 1,500 feet more or less, West of the Southeast corner of Section 10; thence West 1,140 feet more or less, along said South line of Section 10, also being the North line of Section 15, said point being the Southeast corner of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 10; thence North 0° 00' 34" West, 1,308.76 feet; thence North 860 26' 03" West, 657.92 feet; thence North 85° 56' 57" West, 568.54 feet to a point on the West right -of -way line of Aldersgate Road; thence North along said right -of -way line 2,695 feet more or less, to a point on the South line of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence East along said South line NE 1/4, NW 1/4, 1,200 feet more or less, to the point of beginning. All of the above in Pulaski County, Arkansas. SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
