ORDINANCE NO. 14,313
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING THAT PART
OF PERRYVILLE LOOP ROAD ONE BLOCK SOUTH OF
STATE HIGHWAY #10 BETWEEN RODNEY PARHAM ROAD
AND WOODLAND ROAD: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that That part of Perryville
Loop Road as described in County Court Order, Book 58 at page
530, which lies East of Woodland Road and West of Rodney Parham
Road, is now located, being wholly within SEl/4, Section 21,
Township 2 North, Range 13 West. (acreage)
in the City of Little Rock, as designated in Pulaski County Court
Order Book 58, Page 530 on record in the office of the County
Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, is no longer needed for cor-
porate purposes, except for public utility and drainage easement
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby
releases, vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the
rights of the public generally, in and to the street designated
as follows: That part of Perryville Loop Road as described in
County Court Order, Book 58 at page 530, which lies East of
Woodland Road and West of Rodney Parham Road, as now located,
being wholly within SE1/4, Section 21, Township 2 North, Range 13
West. (acreage) as designated in Pulaski County Court Order Book
58, Page 530 on record in the office Of the County Clerk of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility
or drainage easements located in said street.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by
the City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the County.

SECTION 3. Emergency. It is hereby found and determined that
there is an immediate and urgent need to close Perryville Loop
Road, which closure is necessary for the preservation of the
public peace, health and safety. Therefore an emergency is
declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
