AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
6110 BATTLE ROAD (Z- 3880), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
(Z -3880) - Tract 35, Leigh - Butler Acres, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
Property is to be used for the addition of
church - related classrooms and multipurpose center.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
The applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes and approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
