• ORDINANCE NO. 14,461 •
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED ON I -30, 500 FEET WEST OF
WANDA LANE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3150 -A - described as part of the Northwest 1/4,
Sec on 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the Northwest corner of Section 36, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W; thence North 89° 22' 57" East along the North
line of said Section 36, a distance of 1327.48 feet to
the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4 of said
Section 36, said point also being the Northwest corner
of Beverly Terrace Addition to the City of Little Rock;
thence South 0° 09' East along the West line of Beverly
Terrace Addition, 836.6 feet to the point of beginning;
thence South 890 51' West, 10 feet to a point; thence
South 00 09' East along a line which is 10 feet West of
and parallel with the West line of Beverly Terrace
Addition, 488 feet; thence South 890 24' 29" East along
a line which is 10 feet South of and parallel with the
South line of Beverly Terrace Addition, 339.8 feet to a
point 10 feet South of the SE corner of said Beverly
Terrace Addition, said point also being 10 feet South
of the SW corner of J.O. Dickey Subdivision; thence
South 890 52' 20" East along a line which is 10 feet
South of and parallel with the South line of J.O.
Dickey Subdivision, 38 feet more or less to a point on
the northerly right -of -way line of Interstate #30;
thence South 590 42' 55" West along said northerly
right -of -way line, 272 feet more or less to a found
right -of -way marker; thence continue South 00 09' East
along said West line, 478 feet to the Southeast corner
of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, said point also being the
Southwest corner of Beverly Terrace Addition; thence
South 890 24' 29" East along the South line of Beverly
Terrace Addition, 329.8 feet to the Southeast corner of
Beverly Terrace Addition, said point also being the
Southwest corner of J.O. Dickey Subdivision to the City
of Little Rock; thence South 890 52' 20" East along the
South line of J.O. Dickey Subdivision, 38.49 feet to a
point on the Northerly right -of -way line of Interstate
#30; thence along the Northerly right -of -way line of
said Interstate #30 the following two courses and
distances: South 620 15' 45" West, 403.41 feet; and
South 60° 58' 43" West, 55.33 feet; thence North 0° 09'
West, 842.22 feet; thence North 89° 51' East, 289.63
feet to the point of beginning, from "R -2" Single
Family, "MF -18" Multifamily and "C -4" Open Display
Districts to "0-3" General Office District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
